Before a machine is ordered by a customer, Protech checks the customer’s premises for the best and most economical way of installing the equipment. Once every aspect is cleared and the customer intends to order machinery, Protech usually offers door-to-door solutions, taking care of every aspect of transportation and customs clearance. Once the machinery has been installed at the customer’s premises, an application engineer from Protech will train the customer’s future operators for the respective machinery. During warranty periods, preventive maintenance through Protech technicians will take place every month.
